AI product lifecycle management for fashion brands

From the first sketch to the shop floor, on time and on budget.

Tyarafashion turns references into moodboards with AI, builds complete tech packs, tracks every sample, manages production at your vendors, keeps costs and margins clear and plans each season from concept to launch.

Where seasons slip

A collection is a thousand small decisions. Most of them live in the wrong place.

Tech packs in five spreadsheets

Measurements in one file, trims in another, the latest version on someone's laptop. The vendor cuts from the old one.

Sample comments in chat threads

Fit notes sit between voice notes and photos. By Proto 3, nobody can say why Proto 1 was rejected.

Costs found after production

The real fabric consumption arrives with the invoice, and the margin you planned at MRP quietly disappears.

Tyarafashion keeps one record per style, so the moodboard, tech pack, samples, cost and production order always agree.

Along the studio wall

Six stages, pinned in order. One style moving through them.

Follow TF-FW26-114, a festive kurta from the Monsoon Courtyard collection, from the first reference photo to 1,800 pieces leaving the Jaipur unit.

05

Originality and responsible AI

Designers design. AI helps with colour and mood.

The AI in Tyarafashion is a studio assistant, not a designer. It reads your references, suggests palettes and keeps your work private to your brand.

How AI Moodboard works
  • Your references only

AI Moodboard works from the brand's own references and suggests palettes and moods.

  • No copying

It is not used to copy other brands' designs, prints or logos.

  • Designers decide

Designers own and approve every design decision.

  • Confidential by default

Tech packs and designs are shared only with vendors the brand chooses.

  • Photos for QC

Factory photos are used for quality checks only.

  • Your data stays yours

Encrypted, never used to train AI models for other brands and never sold.

Questions

Asked at the cutting table

Something else on your mind? Connect with the team.

Can vendors log in to see tech packs?

Yes. On the Brocade plan, vendors get their own logins to view the tech packs, size charts and sample comments you share, and to upload QC photos. On other plans you can share a view-only tech pack with a vendor. They only see the styles you assign to them.

Does it work for ethnic and western wear?

Yes. Tech packs handle kurtas, lehengas, sarees and dupattas with embroidery, print and trim details, as well as shirts, dresses, denim and kidswear. Size charts can follow your own blocks, from XS-3XL to numeric or age-based sizing.

Can we import our existing tech packs?

You can import measurement charts and bills of materials from spreadsheets, and attach existing PDFs and sketches to a style. Most teams move their current season in first, then build new styles directly in Tyarafashion.

Does the AI design clothes for us?

No. AI Moodboard helps with moodboards and colour palettes from your own references. Designers design, and every design decision is made and approved by your team.

Can it handle multiple brands?

Yes. Brands, labels and private-label buyers can sit in separate workspaces with their own collections, size blocks, vendors and permissions, managed from one account.

How long does setup take?

You can create your first style the same day. Setting up size blocks, vendors and your current season usually takes a few days, depending on how many styles you bring across.
