The ground rules for using the platform: who owns what, how plans and active styles work, and how vendors and AI features fit in.
These terms apply to your use of the website and the product lifecycle management platform, including AI Moodboard, Tech Pack Builder, Size Studio, Sample Tracker, Costing Sheet, Vendor Production and Collection Calendar.
By creating a workspace or using the platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the brand or business you represent.
You are responsible for the people you invite, including team members and vendors, and for keeping login details secure.
Workspace owners decide which styles, documents and orders each person or vendor can see.
Paid plans are priced per active style per season. A style becomes active in a season once it has a tech pack. Styles dropped at the moodboard stage and archived styles are not counted.
The free plan includes 5 styles. Plan limits, features and prices are shown on the Plans page and may change with notice for future seasons.
Upgrades apply from the date of change. Downgrades apply from the next season.
You own your references, sketches, designs, tech packs, costs and all other content you add. We use it only to provide the service to you.
You confirm you have the rights to the references and materials you upload, and that you will not use the platform to copy or reproduce designs, prints or logos belonging to others.
AI Moodboard suggests palettes and moods from your own references. Suggestions are a starting point and should be reviewed by your team.
Design decisions remain with your designers. You are responsible for approving final designs, colours and specifications before production.
Vendors you invite may view and update the styles and orders you share with them. Vendor access does not give them any ownership of your designs.
Commercial terms with your vendors, including prices, quantities and quality standards, are between you and your vendors.
Do not use the platform to break the law, infringe intellectual property, upload harmful code, attempt to access other workspaces or overload the service.
We may suspend access that puts the service, other brands or their data at risk.
We work to keep the platform available and to improve it over time. Features may be added, changed or retired, and we will give notice of changes that significantly affect paid plans.
The platform helps you plan, specify and track production, but you remain responsible for business decisions, approvals and the products you make and sell.
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the season in which the claim arose.
You can close your workspace at any time and export your content first. We may end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
