01Information we collect
Account information: your name, work email, brand name, category, styles per season and number of vendors, provided when you sign up or contact the team.
Brand content: references, moodboards, sketches, tech packs, size charts, sample photos and comments, cost sheets, production orders, QC results and calendars that you or your vendors add to the platform.
Usage information: basic technical data such as browser type, device, pages visited and actions taken, used to keep the service secure and working well.
02How we use it
To create and run your workspace, send login details and service messages, and respond to questions you send us.
To provide features you use, including palette suggestions in AI Moodboard, grading in Size Studio, cost calculations and production tracking.
To protect the service, prevent misuse and fix problems.
03AI and your designs
AI Moodboard works only from references your team adds and suggests colour palettes and moods. It is not used to copy other brands' designs, prints or logos.
Your brand content is never used to train AI models for other brands. Designers own and approve every design decision made in the platform.
04Sharing with vendors
Tech packs, size charts, sample comments and production orders are shared only with vendors you choose. Each vendor sees only the styles and orders you assign to them.
Factory and line photos uploaded by vendors are used for quality checks only.
05Service providers
We use trusted providers for hosting, email delivery and security. They process data only to provide those services to us and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
We do not sell brand data or personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
06Security
Brand data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside your workspace follows the roles and permissions you set.
No system is free of risk, so we review our safeguards regularly and act quickly if an issue is found.
07Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your workspace is active. You can export styles, tech packs and cost sheets at any time.
If you close your workspace, brand content is deleted after a short recovery period, except where we must keep records by law.
08Your choices
You can access, correct, export or delete your information and ask questions about how it is used by contacting the team.
You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in those emails. Service messages about your account will still be sent.
09Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will let workspace owners know by email or in the platform before they take effect.
